Booker Overview

With Booker, you can arrange rides for your guests, customers & employees.

Here's how it works:

  1. Create a free account or log in to business.viggo.com

  2. Select Booker in the menu.

  3. Enter the passenger's phone number and specify pickup and drop-off locations.

  4. Choose the passenger’s preferred vehicle type and add any instructions for the driver.

  5. Click Request ride.

On the left, you'll find a booking form for requesting new rides. On the right, you'll see a map with nearby cars and active bookings.

At the top, you’ll find a list of templates for quickly auto-filling the booking form.

Below that, you can choose to request a car immediately or schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance. To find all of your upcoming bookings, go to Rides page and click on Scheduled tab.

Next, enter the pickup and destination locations. The pickup address is required, but the destination is optional. If the destination is not provided, the ride price will be calculated by a taximeter.

To get a fixed price, provide a destination address. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the estimated cost of the ride for the passenger.

Select the vehicle type that suits passenger's needs. To view more available options, click on Show more.

Add any important notes for the driver, such as details on where to wait for the passenger.

Enter the passenger's phone number.

Finally, choose the payment method. With In-person payment, the passenger will pay the driver directly with a payment card or cash. To set up invoice billing, please contact support@viggo.com.

Active bookings

In the bottom-right corner, you can quickly access a list of all active bookings. This list includes current bookings in the Looking for driver and Arriving to pickup states, as well as scheduled bookings for which driver search has begun.

Once the booking status changes to In-progress, Canceled, or Expired it will remain visible in the Active bookings list for a few moments before disappearing. To find these bookings afterward, go to the Rides page.

Rides

To find all of your bookings, click on Rides in the menu.

Rides are categorised into two groups: Recent and Scheduled. The Recent tab shows information on all ongoing and completed rides, while the Scheduled tab contains details on all future rides.

Open booking details by clicking on a booking in Booker or Rides pages.

Possible actions on regular rides:

  • Send a tracking link to any phone number

  • Contact Driver

  • Contact Viggo Support

  • Cancel booking

Possible actions on scheduled rides:

  • Change pickup time (keep that once the dispatching system starts searching for a driver, the pickup time cannot be changed anymore)

  • Send a tracking link to any phone number

  • Contact Viggo Support

  • Cancel booking

Choose a theme that suits your environment by clicking the button in the top-right corner, near your account email.

Contact Support

If you encounter any issues, simply click on the green circle icon in the bottom-left corner to reach support. There, you can access FAQs, view your recent inquiries, and start a new chat with the Viggo customer success team.
