Join your organisation and manage business trips with ease.
You can join Viggo business profile in two ways:
by receiving an invitation from a Viggo business manager at your organisation
by verifying work email address
Join using work email
Download and open the Viggo app
Tap on Menu ➝ Payments
Choose Add business or work profile
Tap on Join existing organisation
Select Join using work email
Enter your work email address and tap Continue
Open your email inbox and find an email from Viggo. This email will contain your access code.
Enter a 6-character access code in the Viggo app.
Confirm by tapping Join business profile
That's it! You're ready to go.
To enable the independent joining method, your business administrator must first contact Viggo support at support@viggo.com.

Ready to join your team on Viggo? If you've already received an invitation email, follow the guide below.
Download and open the Viggo app
Tap on Menu ➝ Payments
Choose Add business or work profile
Tap on Join existing organisation
Select I have access code. In case you haven't received an invitation email, please contact your colleague responsible for managing rides in your organisation
Enter a 6-character access code received in your work email inbox
Confirm by tapping Join business profile
That's it! You're ready to go.
